Microsoft’s attempt to acquire Activision Blizzard for $69 billion has been approved by China’s State Administration, joining 37 other regulators, including the EU and Japan.
The news was first surfaced today on SeekingAlpha by means of a Dealreporter thing, and has since been affirmed through an explanation from a Microsoft representative.
